ABSL Chapters are local communities that bring together ABSL member companies from a given region. Chapters are managed by representatives of local ABSL member companies, have autonomy in defining their agenda and governance but can always count on the support of the ABSL staff, Board and ABSL Partners (market intelligence, data and statistics, networking). ABSL coordinates activities of the chapters enabling sharing ideas, exchanging best practices, joining initiatives, as well as creating synergies.
ABSL Poland currently runs permanent chapters in 9 major Polish cities: Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Tricity, Łódź, Katowice, Poznań, Lublin and Bydgoszcz. Periodic meetings or events for companies representing the sector of the business services are organized as “Flying Chapters” in other cities, where business services play an important role in the regional economy.
ABSL Clubs are country-wide communities of professionals from different fields, who wish to discuss sector-relevant topics, share best practices, plan common initiatives or gain an understanding of trends that will shape the sector. ABSL Clubs create an environment that stimulates engagement and open cooperation between companies that contributes to the growth of the sector.

Talent Club

Meetings of ABSL Talent Club are attended by Center Heads, HR Directors & Managers, HR Business Partners and Employer Branding professionals.
BFSI Club

ABSL BFSI Club gathers Center Heads and senior managers of BFSI companies (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance).
ESG Club

ABSL ESG Club gathers a variety of senior professionals in companies: from sustainability experts, HR directors to legal and compliance managers.
ABSL supports the establishment of local communities and thematic groups for our member companies' employees, which address issues relevant to the business services sector in Poland. These communities are open to employees across all levels of seniority - from specialists and practitioners to senior leaders - and their programmes typically combine case studies, practical workshops and sources of inspiration drawn from across the industry. The flagship communities of practice are Talent and Technology. The rules of operation and agendas are set by the participants independently, but the main purpose of establishing them is to enable experience-sharing, benchmarking and networking
