Professional background
Evgeny has twenty-five years of international experience in business services and technology leadership across four continents. He currently serves as Vice President in P&G’s CTO Office and Tech Hub Leader on P&G Central Europe’s Board, where he has expanded Warsaw’s Technology Hub by 2.5 times to a team of 1,200 professionals delivering AI engineering, cloud services, cybersecurity, and supply chain technologies for P&G’s global operations.
His previous CIO roles covered billion-dollar businesses in Central Europe (Warsaw), Eastern Europe and Central Asia (Moscow), and Latin America Supply Chain (Costa Rica), where he led ERP transformations and established data analytics practices. Evgeny also directed global business services across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia for P&G’s $80B+ operations, modernizing Order-to-Cash platforms and transforming BPO partnerships.
His career trajectory reflects the evolution of the business services sector - from transactional support to strategic capability centers - a transformation that ABSL members are now poised to accelerate.
Key areas of expertise
Evgeny possesses deep expertise across ABSL’s 3Ts framework - Technology, Talent, and Transformation - directly addressing Poland’s critical capability gaps.
Technology: He has implemented data analytics and AI capabilities, cloud-native architectures, enterprise reliability engineering, and data governance, reducing over $100 million in business losses while generating more than $15 million in annual cost savings through AI Ops initiatives.
Talent: Evgeny has built engineering pipelines that recruit over 200 professionals annually and develop more than 20 senior directors each year for digital transformation roles, effectively tackling the talent development challenges that limit Poland’s global leadership potential.
Transformation: He has accelerated digital platform improvement cycles from months to weeks, partnering with business executives to drive incremental sales through digital channels.
This integrated approach directly addresses the productivity-versus-cost imbalance threatening sustainability and positions organizations for premium service delivery rather than cost-based competition.
Relevant achievements
Evgeny’s three defining accomplishments clearly demonstrate his readiness to advance ABSL’s strategic priorities.
First, in Warsaw, he developed engagements across all of P&G’s strategic business units to establish digital transformation core teams, creating a talent development engine and leadership pipeline that evolved into a lasting competitive advantage.
Second, he elevated global business resilience by implementing enterprise-wide reliability engineering supporting 100,000+ users, showcasing his ability to operate at scale while effectively managing geopolitical and operational complexity.
Third, Evgeny led full-scale ERP transformations across multiple regions and built Data, Analytics, and AI practices from the ground up - bridging technology innovation with measurable business value.
Together, these achievements reflect the strategic decision-making, global multi-regional experience, and transformational leadership that ABSL identifies as critical missing capabilities within Poland’s business services sector.
Motivation to join the Strategic Board
Poland’s business services sector is entering a period of technology-driven disruption. AI automation and shifts toward lower-cost markets are challenging the traditional near-shoring model, putting at risk the high-quality jobs that have been built over the past decade. Evgeny believes the solution is not defense, but leadership - by driving the disruption ourselves, placing digital capabilities and data analytics at the center, and evolving from process optimization to comprehensive value creation.
He is motivated to join the ABSL Strategic Board because he has solved these challenges at scale. By building Warsaw’s P&G Tech Hub into a 1,200-person digital powerhouse, Evgeny proved that exceptional talent combined with advanced technology delivers measurable transformation. The ABSL 3Ts framework - Technology, Talent, and Transformation - mirrors his 25-year career integrating these elements to create tangible business impact.
Evgeny believes the sector now needs leaders who bridge strategic vision with operational execution, who understand both C-suite priorities and engineering realities, and who have built sustainable competitive advantage in Poland. His goal is to help ABSL members accelerate digital transformation, move toward multidimensional value creation, and position Poland as a global capability center - not the world’s back office.
This is a decisive moment for the industry, and Evgeny is ready to contribute.
Contribution to the Strategic Board
Evgeny brings three critical capabilities to support ABSL’s strategic agenda:
1. Proven technology transformation expertise across AI, cloud, and data analytics, directly addressing ABSL’s digital imperative.
2. Talent development mastery, having built engineering and leadership pipelines that sustain large-scale digital growth.
3. Global, multi-regional experience leading execution at scale across $80B+ operations.
He is committed to connecting member challenges to actionable strategies, leveraging his P&G Board experience to provide strong governance insight, and championing 3Ts integration - Technology, Talent, and Transformation - to shift Poland from an operational hub to a digital capability center.
Through practical knowledge sharing and a results-oriented approach, Evgeny aims to accelerate member transformation and strengthen Poland’s position as a leader in global business services.
