ABSL experts at the European Economic Congress

The 18th European Economic Congress (EEC) will take place on 22–24 April in Katowice. Key figures from the worlds of business and politics have confirmed their participation, including leading entrepreneurs, ministers, ambassadors, scientists, and experts from various fields. Their discussions will be guided by the theme “Power of Dialogue,” reflecting the idea of the Congress as a platform for exchanging views, experiences, and recommendations in a time of growing geopolitical and economic uncertainty.

The program covers the most pressing strategic issues, such as Europe’s geopolitical agency, economic sovereignty and competitiveness, resilience and security, and the energy transition. It will also address topics related to technological change, investment and local content, the labour market, demographics, and the role of younger generations in shaping the future.

For years, one of the greatest strengths of the European Economic Congress has been its people: business leaders, public administration representatives, experts, academics, local government officials, and practitioners from various sectors. The list of speakers has already been announced, bringing together individuals whose insights are rooted in real-world experience in shaping economic and social processes.

Representatives of ABSL Poland have also confirmed their participation in this year’s edition: Janusz Dziurzyński, President, who will take part in a discussion on Poland’s investment attractiveness; Natalia Hyla, Vice President for Talent, joining a panel on hybrid work; and Wioletta Bobryk, Legal Director, participating in a conversation on the evolving labour market.
